Gelonghui, April 9, 丨 China Galaxy (06881.HK) announced that recently, China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) received the “Letter of No Objection to the Listing and Transfer of Non-public Corporate Bonds Issued by China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd.” (Shanghai Securities Letter [2024] No. 849) (hereinafter referred to as the “Letter of No Objection”) issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the “Shanghai Stock Exchange”).
According to the letter of no objection, the Shanghai Stock Exchange confirmed that the company's non-public offering of corporate bonds totaling no more than 20 billion yuan (hereinafter referred to as “this bond”) to professional investors met its listing and transfer conditions, and there was no objection to the listing and transfer of the bonds on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. This letter of no objection is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. The company may organize the issuance of this bond by instalment within the validity period of the letter of no objection and the above amount, and promptly complete the bond listing and transfer procedures.
