According to the Zhitong Finance App, SF Housing Trust (02191) issued an announcement. According to the trust agreement, SF Real Estate Trust issued 6.238 million new fund units to the REIT manager on April 9, 2024 (accounting for about 0.77% of the 811 million fund units issued after the issuance). The price was HK$2.364 (immediate market price) per fund unit to pay 100% of the relevant period.
Until the fund unit is charged the manager's fee, the REIT manager does not hold any interest in the fund unit. Following the issuance of the manager's fee fund units and on the date of this announcement, the REIT manager held 6.238 million fund units (about 0.77% of the 811 million fund units issued immediately after the issuance).
