According to the Zhitong Finance App, Bairongyun-W (06608) announced that on April 9, 2024, the company spent HK$437,000 to repurchase 40,000 shares at a repurchase price of HK$10.9-10.96 per share.
On the same day, 30,000 shares were issued as a result of the exercise of the share option plan.
