Recently, Sinopec Petroleum Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, won the bid for the EPCC general contracting project for the Dayou Crude Oil Reserve Project of Liaoning Zhenhua Petroleum Energy Reserve Co., Ltd. (this project). The winning bid amount was approximately RMB 794 million, accounting for 0.99% of the company's 2023 revenue under China's accounting standards.
The project has a storage capacity of 2 million cubic meters, built 20 100,000-cubic meter floating crude oil storage tanks, and arranged 5 crude oil tank groups. The construction period is about 443 days. Currently, the relevant parties have not formally signed a contract, and there is still uncertainty about the project.
