According to the news, Esprit Global announced that BEBR, a Belgian subsidiary engaged in retail distribution of clothing and accessories in Belgium, has filed a bankruptcy application, stating that the company is currently focusing on comprehensive restructuring, strengthening business with wholesale and franchise partners, and creating new impetus for e-commerce. Notably, on March 26, Esprit Global issued an announcement. After careful consideration, the directors of the Swiss subsidiary ESRA decided to apply to the Swiss court to commence bankruptcy proceedings. The decision was approved, and a formal bankruptcy application was filed on March 25, 2024. The company is committed to a comprehensive restructuring, strengthening cooperation with wholesalers and franchisees, and injecting new vitality into e-commerce.
