JAL、SKYTRAX「5スター」に7年連続で認定

JAL certified SKYTRAX “5 Stars” for 7 consecutive years

JAL has been certified as the highest rating of “5 Stars” for 7 consecutive years for continuing to provide customers with high-quality products and services leading the aviation industry in the “World Airline Star Ratings” implemented by SKYTRAX (*).
SKYTRAX conducts strict audits and evaluates websites, airports, and in-flight services provided by airline companies. Currently, only 10 companies in the world, including JAL, have been certified as “5 stars.”

[Evaluation points (SKYTRAX CEO's comment)]
This highest 5 star rating for JAL was a particularly high evaluation of the quality of products and staff service provided by JAL to customers. JAL will introduce an exciting new model (Airbus A350-1000) in 2024, and we expect continued progress and further improvements in standards.

Space design such as seats and interiors to suit the diverse ways customers spend their time, such as meals and work

High-quality guest rooms that express the traditional beauty of Japan on the A350-1000, which is the first new flagship aircraft in about 20 years
An amenity kit using art by a contract artist of Heralbony Co., Ltd. as a pouch design
Initiatives to connect the Japanese region with the world, such as providing special in-flight meal menus using excellent specialty products

Going forward, we plan to continue making improvements so that customers can enjoy a more convenient and comfortable trip by improving the convenience of the app/web and introducing new fuel-efficient equipment such as the A350-900 and A321neo.
