Jianye Real Estate (00832) announced that in March 2024, the Group obtained property contract sales of RMB 450 million, a year-on-year decrease of 64.0%; contracted sales area of 681,000 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 57.5%; and the average sales price per square meter was RMB 6540, a decrease of 15.2% over the previous year.
For the three months ended March 31, 2024, the Group had obtained total property contract sales of RMB 1.83 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 69.6%; the total contract sales area was 287,500 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 66.3%; and the average sales price per square meter was RMB 6,369, a year-on-year decrease of 9.7%.
