Yasheng Pharmaceutical-B (06855) announced that the company was informed by Yang Dajun, the company's executive director and chairman of the board of directors, that on April 5, 2024 and April 8, 2024, he subscribed for a total of 80,000 shares of the company's common shares on the market.
