Glonghui, April 9 | According to the Stock Exchange's latest equity disclosure data, on April 2, 2024, Melco International Development (00200.HK) was granted an increase of 1,068 million shares by Executive Director Ho Yulong (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer) at an average price of HK$51,844 per share on the market, involving approximately HK$5.57 million.
After the increase in holdings, Ho Yulong's latest number of shares was 923,048,396 shares, and the shareholding ratio increased from 60.79% to 60.86%.
