Gelonghui, April 9 | According to the Stock Exchange's latest equity disclosure data, on April 5, 2024, Excellent Education Group (03978.HK) was reduced by non-executive director Xu Wenhui's holdings of 100,000 shares at an average price of HK$2.83 per share on the market, involving about HK$283,000.
After the holdings were reduced, Xu Wenhui's latest shareholding was 9.725,500 shares, and the shareholding ratio dropped from 1.15% to 1.14%.
