The MOU is a long-term strategic cooperation memorandum and is not legally binding. The terms of future cooperation will be determined by separate negotiations between the two parties.
On April 8, 2024, the company signed a framework agreement with the relevant seller to export cigarettes to the new regions. The content relates to purchasing cigarettes from relevant sellers for the company to resell and export cigarettes in the new specific regions.
