Gelonghui, April 8, 丨 Xinte Energy (01799.HK) announced that in order to ensure the effective and smooth development of the proposed issuance of A shares, on April 8, 2024, the board of directors reviewed and approved a bill to extend the validity period of the proposed plan to issue A shares and a bill to extend the validity period of the relevant authorization. The extended period of validity is 12 months from the date the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting and Class Shareholders' Meeting (if applicable) deliberates and passes the above bill.
The company will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and Class Shareholders' Meeting, and the proposal to extend the validity period of the proposed A-share issuance plan will be submitted to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and the Class Shareholders' Meeting for consideration and approval in the form of a special resolution. Proposals to extend the validity period of the relevant authorization will be submitted to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for consideration and approval in the form of an ordinary resolution. A circular containing (among others) the details of the above motion, together with the notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and Class Shareholders' Meeting, will be sent to shareholders in due course in accordance with the provisions of the listing rules.
