Citi Research published its Value Creators Focus List of small and mid-cap stocks.
The Russell 2500 (BATS:SMMD) was up 3.7% year-to-date through April 4, after yielding 17.4% in 2023. Citi’s Value Creators List Index Weight is up 7.5% year-to-date, after gaining 26.4% last year.
In comparison, the S&P 500 (SP500) is up 8.3% and its equal-weight version (RSP) is up 5.3%.
