(potential offender) announced that the executive had granted relief to the potential offeror, according to Rule 26.1 (a) (1) (1) of the Takeovers Code; and (2) the executive has granted relief as stipulated in Rule 23.1, so that the potential offender may combine cash payments or provide cash options, with an amount not less than the transfer consideration.
