On April 8, Ge Longhui Paper (600966.SH) announced that it received a notice from Ningbo Asia Paper Tube & Carton Co., Ltd. (“Ningbo Tube Box”), a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, that according to strategic development needs, Ningbo Tube Box (surviving company) and Ningbo Jinjiayuan Paper Co., Ltd. (newly established company, “Jinjiayuan Paper” for short). After the completion of the split, there was no change in the number of shares held by Jinguang Paper and its co-actors. In total, they held 652,871,937 shares, accounting for 48.84% of the company's total share capital. The controlling shareholder of the company is still Shandong Bohui Group Co., Ltd., and the actual controller is still Mr. Huang Zhiyuan.
