On April 8, GLONGHUI | Liberal Arts Interactive (00434.HK) announced that on April 8, 2024, the Group has signed a limited partnership agreement with multiple parties. Accordingly, the Group, as a limited partner, has pledged USD 500,000 in AWAKENING VENTURES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (“AWAKENING VENTURES”). AWAKENING VENTURES's general partner is AWAKENING LIMITED.
The investment does not constitute a notifiable transaction under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules. According to information provided by AWAKENING VENTURES, it was founded in September 2023. It is a Web3 venture capital fund that combines traditional investment and operates as a decentralized autonomous organization. Its mission is to support entrepreneurs who are opening up a new era for Web3 and create a new global cooperation order. The funds raised by AWAKENING Ventures will mainly be used to invest in Web3 circuit projects. The main investment directions include programmable Bitcoin networks, Web3 games, Easy Smart Earn (“ESE”) to facilitate large-scale user entry, and application infrastructure (such as application layer protocols).
