According to the news, the company announced that in the three months ended March 31, 2024, the Group, together with its joint ventures and joint ventures, achieved a cumulative contract sales amount of about RMB 23.72 billion, and the cumulative contract sales floor area belonging to the company's shareholders' rights was about 1.14 million square meters, a decrease of about 32.9% and 36.9%, respectively.
According to the 2023 annual report issued by the company, C&D International achieved total revenue of about 134.43 billion yuan in 2023, an increase of 34.9% over the previous year.
