According to the news, Minimally Invasive Healthcare announced that it has obtained US$150 million in convertible term loan financing to repay the outstanding amount of approximately US$448 million in 2026 convertible bonds. The company signed an agreement with the original lender, with an annual interest rate of 5.75%, which is expected to increase by no more than 50 million US dollars. The estimated net proceeds are approximately $145 million to $195 million for debt repayment, expenses and general business purposes. The announcement also revealed that Minimally Invasive Healthcare is communicating with a number of financial institutions and is expected to receive more than 300 million US dollars in credit support.
