According to the news, the company announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 8 that China Construction Bank (Asia) Co., Ltd. filed a winding-up petition against the company with the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region High Court on April 5, 2024, involving the amount of the company's financial obligations of approximately HK$1,579.5 billion. The company believes that the petition does not represent the common interests of the company's foreign creditors and other interested parties. To protect the interests of its stakeholders, the company will vigorously oppose the petition and continue to promote overseas debt restructuring to maximize the value of its stakeholders.
Previously, the company announced its 2023 results, with a turnover of approximately RMB 59.464 billion and gross profit of approximately RMB 5.848 billion, an increase of about 10.7% over the previous year.
