According to the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the board of directors further resolved to appoint Lixin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (Lixin) as the company's new auditor after the end of the term of office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, to serve until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders, but only after shareholders approve it by way of an ordinary resolution at the annual shareholders' meeting in accordance with section 60 of the company's articles of association.
