Zhitong Finance App News, China Environmental Resources (01130) issued an announcement. The Listing Committee has approved the consolidated stock listing and trading. As all conditions for the share merger have been fulfilled, the share merger will take effect on April 9, 2024 (Tuesday). Trading of the consolidated shares will commence at 9:00 a.m. on April 9, 2024 (Tuesday).
Due to the share merger taking effect, the change in the trading unit for each lot will take effect on April 23, 2024 (Tuesday). The trading unit for each lot of shares traded on the Stock Exchange will be changed from 4,000 existing shares to 20,000 consolidated shares. The original counter for trading consolidated shares with 20,000 consolidated shares per trading unit will reopen at 9:00 a.m. on April 23, 2024 (Tuesday).
For shareholders whose shares are quoted on the SGX, please note that before and after the share consolidation, the trading unit for each lot of shares quoted on the SGX will remain unchanged at 100 shares per lot.
