Beijing Energy International (00686) announced that on April 3, 2024 (after the transaction period), Jingbu (a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, as the issuer) and the consortium unit (consortium unit composed of China Power Construction Hebei (as the leader of the consortium unit) and Beijing Research Institute (as a member of the consortium unit) (as the contractor)) (as the contractor) will enter into an EPC agreement. According to the EPC agreement, the consortium unit will provide EPC services to Jingbu to build the EPC project. The contract price under the EPC contract is approximately RMB 819 million (tax included).
According to reports, EPC services under the EPC contract include (including) survey, design, procurement of equipment and materials, construction, installation, inspection and inspection work, and provision of services related to the entire system warranty during the EPC project warranty period.
