Opthea Limited has announced that Dan Spiegelman has stepped down from the board of directors as of April 4, 2024. Spiegelman’s final director’s interest notice reveals his holding of 2,000,000 unquoted options with varying exercise prices and expiration dates, along with 150,000 unquoted performance rights, all under the NED plan. The company has provided this information in compliance with listing rule 3.19A.3 and section 205G of the Corporations Act.
