Zhitong Finance App News, Huayu Software (300271.SZ) announced that on April 3, 2024, the company received the “Decision on Administrative Supervision Measures against Beijing Huayu Software Co., Ltd. and Shao Xue” issued by the Beijing Regulatory Bureau (“Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau”) of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
After investigation, in June 2023, Huayu Software and Shao Xue were convicted by the court of bribery due to the fact that Shao Xue (then chairman of Huayu Software), the actual controller of the company, sought benefits for the company through bribery. The above matters reflect the company's flaws in standardized operation, corporate governance, and internal control. At the same time, the company's relevant annual internal control self-evaluation report did not indicate the above internal control flaws, and the disclosure of relevant information was inaccurate.
