Gelonghui, April 3, 丨 China Culture, Tourism and Agriculture (00542.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, the Group's revenue was approximately HK$305 million, compared to HK$1.6 billion in 2022. The decrease in total revenue was mainly due to a sharp drop in Group property sales in 2023. Losses attributable to company owners were approximately HK$193 million, while profit for the same period in 2022 was HK$265 million.
Additionally, the auditors issued non-standard reports.
The company has applied to the Stock Exchange to resume trading of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange starting at 9:00 a.m. on April 5, 2024.
