Gelonghui, April 3, 丨 Xiangsheng Holding Group (02599.HK) announced that in March 2024, (i) the total contract sales volume of the affiliated group was approximately RMB 305 million; (ii) the contracted construction area of the affiliated group was about 23,151 square meters; (iii) the average contract price of the affiliated group was approximately RMB 13,180 per square meter.
For the three months ended March 31, 2024, (i) the total sales contract under the vested group was approximately RMB 1,317 billion; (ii) the contracted construction area of the vested group was approximately 98,522 square meters; and (iii) the average contract price under the vested group was approximately RMB 13,365 per square meter.
