From January to March 2024, the cumulative contract sales volume was RMB7.917 billion and the contract sales area was 711,400 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 41.4% and 38.4%, respectively. As of the end of March 2024, the total unsubscribed amount was RMB 889 million and the unsubscribed area was 671,000 square meters.
