Gelonghui, April 3, 丨 Bay Area Development (00737.HK) issued an announcement. After passing through a number of public tenders and bidding procedures at the Guangzhou Public Resources Exchange Center, on April 3, 2024, Guangshenzhu Company signed the following construction contracts (TJ2-TJ5 section) with various contractors for civil engineering construction relating to approved road section renovation and expansion projects: 1. A construction contract (TJ2 section) was signed with the 12th Bureau of China Railway (TJ2 section). The contract price is approximately RMB $1,563 million; 3. A construction contract was signed with the China Railway Bridge Administration (TJ4 section), with a contract price of about RMB 1,044 million; and 4. A construction contract was signed with China Jiaotong Road and Bridge (TJ5 section), with a contract price of approximately RMB 842 million.
