Zhitong Finance App News, Ziyan Food (603057.SH) announced that the company signed a “Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement” with Shenzhen Tiantu Capital Management Center (Limited Partnership) (“Tiantu Capital”) to jointly initiate the establishment of a food equity investment fund.
According to reports, the fund was invested in two phases. In the first phase, the company and Tiantu Capital and partners plan to jointly invest 100 million yuan to set up the fund, of which the company (or holding subsidiary) invested 30 million yuan, accounting for 30%; Tiantu Capital and its partners invested 70 million yuan, accounting for 70%. The second phase of the investment is determined in accordance with the agreed investment strategy goals of the fund's partners. The final fund size is no more than 300 million (pledged), with the company or holding subsidiary accounting for 30%, and Tiantu Capital and partners accounting for 70%.
