After fully considering the company's current stage of development, future capital expenditure plans, cash flow situation, and on the basis of full communication with subsidiaries, and in accordance with the Company's articles of association and dividend policy, it is expected that the company's dividend per share for 2024-2026 will not be less than 35% of the recurring earnings per share and that the dividend per share for 2024-2026 will not be less than HK$1.6.
