For the three months ended March 31, 2024, the total pre-sale amount for the Group, together with the Group's joint ventures and associated companies and the Agile project, was RMB 5.36 billion, and the corresponding construction area was 377,000 square meters; the average price was RMB 14,201 per square meter.
