(subscription item 1) with a principal amount of RMB 130 million from Xiamen International Bank (subscription item 1); (ii) subscribed to a corporate structured deposit product with a principal amount of RMB 30 million from Xiamen International Bank through its wholly-owned subsidiary Tongdao Elite (Tianjin) Information Technology Co., Ltd.) 2024513180329 (subscription item 2); and (iii) subscribed to a corporate structured deposit product with a principal amount of RMB 70 million from Xiamen International Bank through its wholly-owned subsidiary TongdaoElite (Tianjin) Information Technology Co., Ltd., 2024513040329 (subscription item 3, together with subscription item 1 and subscription item 2, collectively the “subscription item”). The subscription item disburses funds using the redeemed principal amount of the previous subscription item.
