According to the news, Shanghai Industrial Holdings previously announced annual results. The group achieved a turnover of HK$32.698 billion during the period, an increase of 4.3% over the previous year; profit attributable to the owners of the company was HK$3.424 billion, an increase of 47.96% over the previous year; and plans to pay a final dividend of HK52 cents per share.
According to the announcement, the profit of the infrastructure environmental protection business this year was HK$2,321 billion, up 20.5% from the previous year, accounting for about 64.2% of the Group's net profit. In addition, the real estate business achieved a profit contribution of HK$839 million in 2023, up 180.1% year on year, accounting for about 23.2% of the Group's net profit, mainly due to the year-on-year increase in operating performance during the year.
