Under certain market conditions, Everbright Group plans to increase its A-share holdings through the Shanghai Stock Exchange system through centralized bidding and other legal compliance methods. The cumulative total increase amount (that is, the total amount of this increase and the current increase plan) is not less than RMB 400 million (including capital) and no more than RMB 800 million (including capital) (the “current increase plan”). The implementation period of this plan to increase holdings is 12 months from March 29, 2024.
