On April 2, Yiju (China) Enterprise Holdings Co., Ltd. (02048) announced that Ding Zuyu and his team had issued an offer to the company to acquire the company's “Kerui business”.
According to the announcement, Ding Zuyu and his team will integrate market investment resources with the intention of acquiring 65% of CRIC Holdings Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Kerui Information Technology Co., Ltd. (collectively, the “Kerui Business”). The capital consideration was RMB 520 million.
Ding Zuyu said, “In view of the takeover offer initiated with Kerry, I will resign as the president of Yiju Enterprise Group and will focus mainly on the Crewe business. I am very confident that I will lead the founding team of Kerry, continue to use its professional advantages, deepen the industry market, and make every effort to build a real estate big data platform.
According to reports, the board of directors has approved Ding Zuyu's application to resign as CEO of Yiju Group, and will continue to maintain his position as the executive director of the Yiju Group and continue to serve as the chairman of the Kerui Business Division. Zhou Xin, chairman of the board of directors and executive director of Yiju Enterprise Group, is also the company's CEO.
