The price is equivalent to 92.88% of the principal amount, not including accrued interest until the redemption date (including that date).
After the notes are redeemed on the redemption date, no notes have been issued. As a result, the company has applied to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited to withdraw the listing status of the notes. It is expected that the revocation of the listing status of the notes will take effect after the end of business hours on April 8, 2024.
