Africa Oil Corp (TSE:AOI) has released an update.
Africa Oil Corp has actively executed its share repurchase strategy, buying back 914,300 shares between March 25 and March 28, 2024, which will be cancelled to benefit shareholders. The company has cancelled a total of 7,096,272 shares since the beginning of the buyback program, with the potential to repurchase up to 38,654,702 shares by December 2024. Following these transactions, Africa Oil’s total common shares with voting rights stand at 456,868,599.
