As of March 31, 2024, a total of RMB 26.594 billion of CITIC bonds had been converted to bank A-share common shares. The cumulative number of shares converted was 4.358 billion shares, accounting for 8.9056767% of the total common shares issued by the bank before CITIC debt-to-equity conversion.
As of March 31, 2024, the amount of CITIC bonds that have not been converted into shares is approximately RMB 13.406 billion, accounting for 33.5143450% of the total amount of CITIC bonds issued.
