Zhitong Finance App News, Kailong Hi-Tech (300912.SZ) announced that Ding Qiankun, the company's senior manager, recently received the “Decision of the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau on Measures to Issue a Warning Letter against Ding Qiankun” issued by the Jiangsu Regulatory Bureau (“Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau”) of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
After investigation, Ding Qiankun, as the company's deputy general manager, committed the following irregularities: Kailong Hi-Tech disclosed the “2023 Annual Performance Forecast” on January 30, 2024, and Ding Qiankun bought 5,500 shares of Kailong Hi-Tech shares on January 24, 2024. Ding Qiankun's act of buying the company's shares within 10 days before the company's performance forecast was announced, in violation of relevant regulations. The Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take administrative supervision measures to issue a warning letter against Ding Qiankun.
