The registration amount is valid for 2 years from the date of payment of this notice, and is underwritten by China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. 2. The company can issue medium-term notes in instalments during the registration period. If it needs to be filed for issuance after registration is accepted, it should first file a record with the Dealers Association.
