As of today, a total of 620 new employees have joined the four Aisin Group companies*, starting with our company.
Today, an entrance ceremony was held at Aisin Co., Ltd. Headquarters, and our president, Yoshida Moritaka, sent a message of welcome and encouragement to the new employees. Also, as a declaration of a challenge for the future, new employee representatives spoke about their enthusiasm after joining the company, saying “I want to be a human resource who can play an active role globally” and “I want to convey the fun of cars to the world.”

Aisin has many products and services that support “mobility,” and is the parts manufacturer “closest to automobiles.” The automobile industry is undergoing a revolutionary period once every 100 years, but I am moved by Aisin's goal of “mobility,” and bring a smile to the future. The philosophy remains the same. Seeing major changes in the environment and society as opportunities for “challenge” and “growth,” Aisin is accelerating full model changes.
Aisin's strength is manufacturing, and it is “people” that support manufacturing. New employees will play a leading role in changing the future.
For everyone, “keep taking on challenges with dreams and high goals,” “learn from failure and grow,” and “work is something we do as a team. I want them to take on various challenges while being aware of “consulting with others when in trouble,” “having time to enjoy work,” and “cherish their peers.” Let's move the 22nd century forward together.
