According to the “Notice on the Public Issuance of Science and Technology Innovation Renewable Corporate Bonds (Phase 1) by China Building Materials Co., Ltd. to Professional Investors in 2024”, the issuance scale of China Building Materials Co., Ltd.'s public offering of science and technology innovation renewable corporate bonds (Phase 1) to professional investors in 2024 will not exceed RMB 1 billion. The term for the current bond type 1 is 2+N years, and the term for type 2 is 3+N years.
The current issue of the bonds was issued through bookkeeping and filing for professional institutional investors. The issuance process ended on April 1, 2024. The actual issuance amount of the current bond type 1 was 1 billion yuan, the final coupon interest rate was 2.50%, and the subscription ratio was 6.24; type 2 was not actually issued.
The issuer's directors, senior management, shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, and other related parties did not participate in the current bond subscription.
CITIC Securities Co., Ltd., China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd., Guoxin Securities Co., Ltd., Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd. and their related parties received a total of 570 million yuan of current bond allotments.
