The Group also recorded a decrease in gross profit of 23.9% for the year ended 31 December 2023.
During the year, the Group's future performance declined due to a decline in the overall number of tenders and construction volume. For the year ended 31 December 2023, the Group recorded a loss of approximately HK$40.4 million during the year (2022 (re-listed): HK$32.3 million).
