Due to Mr. Tang Shouchun's retirement, Mr. Tang Shouchun is no longer a member of the Company's Executive Committee and an authorized representative of the company under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules (Authorized Representative under the Listing Rules). Following the resignation of Mr. Tang Shouchun as a member of the Executive Committee, the Executive Committee was composed of four directors, namely Ms. Huang Jingshu, Mr. Ye Xing'an, Mr. Huang Haoyuan, and Miss Li Yufei. Ms. Huang Jingshu, executive director and chairman of the company, will take over the work of Mr. Tang Shouchun.
Ms. Huang Jingshu, the executive director and chairman of the company, was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and authorized representative of the Listing Rules with effect from March 31, 2024 to fill the vacancy after Mr. Tang Shouchun no longer held the same position.
