Due to management reasons, such as personnel changes and cost reasons, the plan manager of the initial public offering after-sales share award scheme has decided to make administrative adjustments to the types of shares to be used on April 1, 2024, to pay the 207,000 shares and 72,500 bonus shares granted by the company on April 1, 2023 and October 1, 2023, respectively, using existing shares (not new shares with a fixed date of grant)
