Ordos Beichuang Technology Co., Ltd. (“Beichuang Technology”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Peking University's Ordos Energy Research Institute, and Longsoft Technology signed a “Joint Venture on Establishing a Smart Mine” “Company Agreement”, and Beichuang Technology and Longsoft Technology jointly set up a joint venture (“Joint Venture”) in Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
According to reports, the joint venture is carrying out turnkey business for intelligent mines within Ordos, including R&D, design, training, service, consulting and construction of software and hardware systems; development and promotion and application of zero-carbon and energy storage digital twin management and control software systems. The registered capital of the joint venture is 50 million yuan, of which Longsoft Technology's investment and shareholding ratio is 51%, and Beichuang Technology's investment and shareholding ratio is 49%.
