Gelonghui, March 29丨Sunrise Oriental (603366.SH) announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Tibet Sunrise Oriental Akang Clean Energy Co., Ltd. and Tibet Longsheng Energy Management Co., Ltd. jointly established Cuoqin Sunrise Oriental Clean Energy Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the joint venture was RMB 62.6537 million, of which Sunrise Oriental invested 620.71.63 million yuan, accounting for 99% of the registered capital. Sunrise Oriental Akang invested 31326.85 million yuan, accounting for 0.5% of the registered capital, and Tibet Longsheng invested 3132.65 million yuan, accounting for 3132.685 million yuan of registered capital 0.5%. All investors invest in cash, and the shareholding ratio of each party in the established company is determined according to the ratio of the investment amount. The company has now jointly invested and established a joint venture with related parties to specifically implement the needs of the clean energy centralized heating pilot franchise project in Cuoqin County in the Ali region of the Tibet Autonomous Region. Currently, according to the progress of the franchise project, the project company plans to sign a relevant franchise agreement.
