Quipt Home Medical Corp. has successfully conducted its annual general and special meeting, where a significant 60.4% of its outstanding shares were represented. Shareholders elected four director candidates with a strong majority and approved the re-appointment of BDO USA, P.C. as the company’s auditor for the upcoming fiscal year. Additionally, the company’s 2024 Equity Incentive Plan was ratified, which discontinues the previous incentive plan and aims to offer a variety of share-based rewards to eligible participants.
