According to the Zhitong Finance App, Fengxiang Co., Ltd. (09977) announced results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved revenue of 5.134 billion yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, an increase of 0.96% over the previous year; net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was 160 million yuan, turning a year-on-year loss into a profit; basic profit per share was 10.8 points.

According to the announcement, in 2023, sales revenue from the export business further climbed to 1,396 billion yuan (2022:1,359 billion yuan), an increase of 2.7% year-on-year, and the business share increased to 27.2% (26.7% during the same period). In providing products and services to international customers in the past 30 years, the Group has accumulated leading domestic and international quality standards, channel resources, industry experience and brand reputation, and has continuously become the largest exporter in the Chinese white feather chicken industry, driving and supporting the continuous growth of the Group's overall business in the face of adversity.

The overall sales revenue of the collection business reached 1,136 million yuan (2022:926 million yuan), an increase of 22.7% over the previous year, accounting for 22.1% of the business (18.2% for the same period). During the reporting period, the Group upgraded the production capacity of existing production lines and increased the external extraction of raw materials, so that the capacity utilization rate of deep-processed product factories was released and increased; at the same time, it strengthened operation to reduce manufacturing costs and consumption of accessories, and increase the overall yield rate; R&D and production fully enabled sales, focusing on creating large single products. Through a series of refined operation methods, the overall competitiveness of collection business channels continues to improve.
