The group obtained revenue of RMB 920 million (same unit), an increase of 0.23% over the previous year; the owner of the parent company should have accounted for a loss of 74.464 million yuan, compared with a profit of 12.525 million yuan in the same period last year; loss per share was 0.19 yuan.
During the period, about 74.6% of total revenue came from the provision of property management services, of which about 91.0% came from the provision of property management services to non-residential properties, while the remaining 9.0% came from the provision of property management services to residential properties.
